A traditional, 44cm solid wooden rolling pin with a revolving centre and fixed side handles.
Nicely weighted to roll out pastry, marzipan and packs of ready made icing. Many cooks find additional uses for rolling pins including crushing biscuits in a bag when making the base for a cheesecake, flattening thick steaks (again in a bag) and for breaking chunky bars of chocolate.
