Returns Information

We try to make shopping at Cutlery Drawer as simple as possible and that includes returns.

No Quibble Guarantee

You can return any item you order from Cutlery Drawer unopened and in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received your order. We will refund you or exchange the item as required.

If your item is not faulty it must be returned 'as new' with all packaging intact for a full refund to be made. If the item is in 'as new' condition, you will receive a refund for all item charges including any delivery charges you have paid. We are unable to accept items for return once they have been opened or used.

How to return an item

To return an item please package it carefully, pay the postage costs and fill out the returns form on the delivery note you received with the order. Items are your responsibility until received by us. Please consider using a recorded delivery service if the items you are returning are valuable. If a return is the result of our mistake we will also refund your return postage charges.

Once we have received and processed your return we will issue a full refund or an exchange for your original order value. We do not refund postage charges incurred in returning your item unless you are returning the item because we sent you an item incorrectly. We will email you to confirm your return details once we have received it.

Please provide as much order information as you can, especially the original order number along with the email address you used.
