The machine consists of two rollers that can be gradually adjusted, rolling the pasta into thinner sheets as the handle is turned. Description
The Imperia Italian SP150 Pasta Machine is made with heavy duty chrome-plated steel and includes a duo-cutter to make three varieties of pasta; lasagne, fettuccini and tagliatelle. An adjustment dial allows the pasta to be produced in up to six thicknesses.
The machine also features a detachable wooden handle for easy storage and a tabletop screw clamp fitting for added stability and control when in use.
